STANDARDS

Our partner, Hamada, whom obtained an SQF certification by the Safe Quality Food ("SQF"), an international certification standard to ensure food safety and quality. This is also an approved standard of food safety for GFSI(3), an organization consisting of food retailers and food manufacturers around the world. 

We follow the following initiatives: 


(a) Carch Warehouse: 

  • Sterilization by spraying ozone gas in the middle of the night (also carch passages)

  • Only carcass disinfected with ozone gas is processed

(b) Processing room:
There are many sterilization processes, and because it is low-temperature and low humidity, the freshness of the product deteriorates very slowly compared to other companies in the same industry and lasts for a long time. In addition, due to the low humidity, mold does not grow on the sock duct, and hygiene management is carried out in a very rare environment in food processing factories.

  • Maintain a room temperature of around 10 degrees and humidity of 40% to 50%

  • Control humidity by forced ventilation with a device attached to the building, not a dehumidifier

  • The conveyor dares to be white so that the dirt is noticeable

  • Cleaning does not use detergent, and the strong alkaline water generated by the electrolytic device is heated to 50 degrees to dissolve oil and dirt and clean. Later, sterilized with strong acidic water

  • Spray ozone gas in the middle of the night and sterilize

  • After vacuum packaging, go to the packaging room through the metal detector

(c) Warehouse 

  • Response to mass storage using organized refrigerators and freezers

  • Strict temperature control

Additionally, we maintain a low-temperature and low-humidity environment to prevent discoloration and freshness deterioration of meat from entering the warehouse to processing, manufacturing, and leaving the warehouse. On top of it all, we supply high quality products with skilled advanced technology.
